I've read conflicting information online regarding handling when changing the exhaust settings in the Engine Sound Management. For example, if I leave the drive drive mode in Tour mode and change the Engine Sound Management to Track will that make the driving mode stiff as if I put the driving mode in Track mode?
I would think no, it seems to me that the suspension would still be the Tour mode set-up just with a louder exhaust sound.
May seem like a dumb question but I've read that just changing the Engine Sound Management to Sport or Track would also change the stiffness of the drive mode and Ive read where it doesn't.
Only the **** on the console changes Drive Mode (suspension stiffness, throttle progression, traction control, and stability control). Engine sound management and steering will change with drive mode IF they are each set to Link to Drive Mode.
Drive mode selected is shown by the square blue icon in the DIC.
Engine sound management and steering can be set to stay in one drive mode Tour, Sport, Track or Link to Drive Mode.
