Default Spoiler issue

Not too sure this this is the right category for this but I recently got with some friends to install my spoiler on my car. We were able to get it on the car but it looks like the holes might have been drilled just a couple centimeters off as it’s not very snug with the bumper. Seeking the best way to fix this without making it worse. Thanks

2014 corvette stingray, spoiler is from Exteme Online Store. Holes were drilled with the template provided

Was beer....a lot....involved?

All you can do is drill new holes. Use a thin....1/8" or 1/16"....aluminum strip underneath so that the bolts/nuts have something to hold against.

^ that may work. Good luck getting the spoiler to snug down to the bumper properly.

I'm not familiar with this item, but I hope you can work it out with minimal further issues. However, for anyone else doing similar, always check and verify any template with the part before using it. f

Before doing anything further I'd like to see pics of the spoiler all the way around to be sure it was centered. I see the daylight coming through that area but I can tell you if I get at the right angle I can see a bit of daylight in the same area with my factory spoiler. Not near as much but there is a slight gap. If you drilled it wrong you should have as big of a gap on the other side. Just throwing it out that you and your friends may have done everything right and it's something in the way the spoiler was manufactured.
