Default E85 Kit Install

Hey Guys,
Looking for some help. I have installed my E85 kit purchased From Lethal garage. Followed the instruction video and finished the install. Installed the white wire on pin 38 as instructed. When I went to start the car it went into a long start and acted very strange. When it did start I had trouble shutting it off. I double checked everything and it was correct. I removed the white wire, and it ran fine. I re-installed the white wire and it did the same thing. I ended up putting the car back together with white wire disconnected so I can drive.it. I am ready to try this again. Has anybody had a similar experience with this install.
I did contact lethal and they said nothing like this has happened before. They've had a few bad modules but nothing like this. Would appreciate any input. Also need a recommendation for a tuner in the central fl area

Either the pin isn't in the pin 38 location or the module is bad. When dealing with wiring I've seen more than one person swear they had something in the correct location, only to find they were counting pins from the wrong position (ie mirror image sort of thing).

This is a situation where taking pics helps troubleshoot off the car.

Do you have it tuned for the flex fuel sensor? If you plug it in, you have to tell the computer what it is. If you have it plugged in right, you should be able to see what the alcohol rating is on your fuel when running E85.

Thx for reply's,
I'm getting ready to give it another try. I haven't gone to tuner yet because I need to land the white wire on the ECU.

Speaking of which I need a local tuner Central Fl.

if your not tuned you can run the car like normal with everything installed BUT you can't run the e85 from the pump UNTIL you have the car tuned for it. you may end up having to blend the fuel as well.
