Best cleaner protectant ? This is my 7th Corvette and am well aware that in previous versions the seats were protected by a film. First Vette with Napa so not sure what’s best. Thanks in advance !!

I suspect, but don't have any proof, that the leather dash issue is because of people using some kind of conditioner on it. Maybe not 100% but I think it's an issue.

Have the Napa myself...was told by professional detailer and Corvette nut just damp microfiber towel. No chemicals, no detergents. Napa still has a coating on it.

Hot water and microfiber is good. I’m a mechanic and need to clean my silver/ white seats a couple times a month. Steering wheel too. Then cool water to seal it up.Thanks

Vacuum surfaces FIRST.

THEN:

A damp microfiber cloth. No need for chemicals.

I dont know if putting chemicals on the dash will hurt it. But my 17 has never had anything other than a damp cloth and it's still in perfect condition. And yes its a 3lt.

I've used Armor All for the past 40 years on my long term C3 and C5, and now my C7 - for all leather, vinyl, rubber & plastic. Once a year and it protects everything nicely.

Chemicals hurt everything. "Nothing's for nothing," as my short, fatassed Italian friend sez.....
