I noticed the foam was missing off this piece and does anyone know where to find one?

"foam" ??? I don't recognize where this is from the picture, but it looks to me like it should have a hose connected.

That is the LT4 supercharger purge valve system or whatever it's called. Mine has also had its foam ripped off but I'm not worried about it since its an exit only port.

My guess is that if there was a foam cap on that port it is possible that it could draw air in at some point. It could also be that it prevents sludge from the engine being sprayed all over the inside of the engine compartment. Either way it probably should be replaced.
