Default Side Marker Lights

My Blade silver GS would look great with blacked out markers. However the state law in Utah say that it's not allowed, is this common in other states as well. those of you that have them are you getting hassled by law enforcement? Are there any work arounds?

I[m in Indiana. We don't even have vehicle inspections

My frist thought with Blade Silver is why not get clear side markers? Your color or white are the only colors that can pull clear off.

I would look at the wording of the law. The "black" side marker lights are brighter than original when turned on. Maybe they are talking about really blacking out the lights, as in no light at all. They could be talking about the color of the marker in the day with the lights off. You would have to find out. Either way, I seriously doubt you will get pulled over. I know for sure, blacked out windows are totally illegal, but I see them ALL the time.
I love the look of the black marker lights on my velocity yellow vet.
For what ever reason on my 2014, they don't mess with the tire pressure monitor.
These side lights are BRIGHT. Can't imagine someone complaining.

Are there any that won't mess with tire pressure sensors? I had thought that they are all after market.

With the clear markers - wouldn't that make a white light shining through and I k now that that would be a night time violation. I wonder if there are red and white bulbs that you could use that would be bright enough to be legal.

I believe they all shine the yellow and red lights, never heard of white lights emitting from them. Just clear lenses, with colored LED's. Also never heard of these interfering with TPMS? They are wired in, no signals emitted??

I have a set of Oracle "Ghosted" led side marker lights. No issues with TPMS interference. The LEDs are colored and are a full strip vs the OEM are two bulbs only (so these have more light and are much brighter.

I live in Missouri and have had smoked side marker lights on my car for several years now. No questions have been asked by the police around here.

Gonna depend on your area. In mine cops will pull you over for plate covers. But don't care what % tint you have.
I think the clear side markers look better on silver.

Oracles are the only side marker light that is guaranteed not to interfere with the TPMS sensors, alot of the other aftermarket Side Marker lights emit RF which interferes with the system

Some people dont have any issues but some do ....

Absolutely correct! Oracles are the only ones for sure that wont trigger your TPMS . There may be some that say there’s are fine,(other aftermarket)but believe me it will happen in the right setting
