On a base car in the rear you'd need 285/20/22 or similar, for the wide bodies you'd need 335/20/22 or similar to maintain a similar diameter with no change to width. Regardless sidewalls that thin, ouch, don't think that's possible even. If you like the look it probably looks great, but IMHO undrivable.
I think the lowest aspect ratio I've seen is 25. This says lower exist, but are rare and more like oddities.
