Today I drove 45 miles each way to next town on highway at 65-85mph. It was a 55F day and the oil temp was almost always 1 line below 200 mark at those speeds. When I slowed down it came up to 200 level and just a little above. But when I move over 30-35mph it was going down again to 200 level. Only when I speed up over 50 mph it was slightly dipping under 200 mark again.

Water temp gauge was slightly under 220 at all times whether I am on highway and driving 80mph or in town and rolling at 30 mph.
Oil level and color was good.
I'll keep an eye on this thing and since oil change time is coming up I'll get it checked if that happens again.
Maybe, what perked my ears up was a momentary thing and I was driving more aggressively in a stop and go traffic while in my town. Today fan never came on because temp never got high enough.
So, let's see what the next few weeks will show!
Thanks for suggestions everyone!
