Probably a result of RTO (Return to Office) that CEOs are using to terminate folks without severance.

Maybe Chevy should modify the rear wing to use as a snowplow?

If that was the case this person chose the wrong car to drive the day of return! I'm surprised they made it that far .... lol

Maybe they thought the "S" on their Michelin PS4S tires meant "snow" and wanted to give it a try.

Here's a pic of our C6 in an Illinois parking lot the morning after a big snowfall. Our roof was clean when we parked the night before, so what you see on the roof is what was on the ground. The parking lot was unplowed and we made it about 100 yds onto the semi-plowed street. A/S tires, of course.
That was the absolute limit of what we could handle, but we did get through.
Once we got onto the interstate, it looked about like the picture in Post #1. Do-able but nasty. Big rigs in the ditch everywhere, electricity was out for about 100 miles.

May be the only one they have. I knew a guy in the late 70's in upstate NY and his was his only car. There was NO staying home back in those days, you went to work, PERIOD!

Vettes actually do well in the snow if the driver knows how to drive in it.

Looks like he only got stuck and no damage to the car - at least from what can be seen.

I had a 91 F-body with 245-50ZR16 tires. Drove that all over the world including snow. Any day, every day. Modified and the rear end was a 3.73 ratio. No ABS or traction control at that time. What killed that car wasn't snow. One sunny day, someone drove from one mall to the next into me. Guess the sales were that good he had to rush. 2 weeks after I got that car to 420 RWHP.

Not sure about the specifics of that case. Could be the Amazon semi caused the issue? In which case, any car could be that car. Maybe Amazon can deliver him a new car?

Na...He pulled over. Parked in a position to be able to get out once the road was plowed enough to drive. But wait too long & you ain't getting out without a shovel & some boards.
Amazon truck looks parked as well.

There are many Corvette owners here that brag about "driving their car" & not saving it for the next guy....he really showed everyone how great a Corvette is in the snow!

I agree. 60 years ago I bought my first Corvette while living in NJ. It was a '61 270 HP, 4 sp. w/posi.rear. Bought snow tires for it and it never let me down in Winter driving because: excellent ground clearance, positraction (where most cars at the time did not have posi.), heater worked great and, because it ran rich with the dual WCFB carbs., would start almost immediately in zero temps.! And yes, it was my only car.

They are GREAT in the snow > With SNOW tires.. Even with the new UHPS4AS I will only do dusting to 1/2 inch and that is only to drive home and take the truck to work..
The new C8 Eray with Snow Tires would be a BEAST in the snow..

Not enough downforce on the rear wing.
