Default Help with rear bumper re-attachment

I backed into a parking space and then when I went to pull out the bottom of the bumper caught the parking space wheel stop and pulled it away from the car. I removed the inner wheel well and splash guard to try and fix it but I am not sure how this is supposed to go back together. I have this part that was hanging free (but attached at the bottom with the 3 screws from the fender). How is this supposed to be attached at the top? It looks like a piece is broken but I'm not sure where since this piece looks fine. Would someone please post a few pictures of what it should look like? If you happen to have a picture/video of what it should look like or the part name/number of what I'm missing, I would really appreciate it. I tried searching but I couldn't find a good enough picture/video to see how it should look. This is the driver's side if it's not easy to tell from the pictures.
