Navigation audio level

Can someone explain how to get my 2019 GS 2LT navigation volume louder? It used to be fairly loud, somehow it now is barely hearable. I cannot find anything in my owners manual for navigation volume. 🤔

Use the radio volume control while the Nav System is giving you directions. It turns up the voice, not the radio when direction are being given.

^^^ You can also use the + - controls on the lower right of the steering wheel while she's speaking..

You have to go to the Navigation Screen and hit menu. One of the sections allows you to turn up/down the volume. I have to re-set it when I go on the Freeway with the top down.

There is also an icon on the Navigation Screen to mute the system. It is quite easy to hit by accident when you are driving.
