From what I can find, it is located beneath the transmission cooler/fan attached to a bracket holding the cooler. Looks like the rear facia needs to be removed for access.
Edit: my reference shows two attachment tabs not just one - if yours has just the one and it looks like the other has broken off, be sure to secure it somehow so it's not attached with just one tab
