Many of the modules are tied to the VIN, but not all. Normally stuff like this is needed when someone is rebuilding a flood car and they needed to replace a few modules.

Someone advised me to watch out for anyone who joins a group and immediately is asking assorted, sometimes vague, questions. Check the JOINED date (in this case it is April 2025 - now). They may be a scammer or a totally legit new member who joined to get help from other Vette owners.
