My apologies but I can not answer who will insure it... I have never owned a rebuilt title vehicle. There are thousands of rebuilt cars out there, must have insurance somehow. It's harder to get a bank loan on a rebuilt title than it is to obtain insurance for it.

And it's also not title washing. A salvage title is what you buy at an auction, a rebuilt title is issued after the repairs and inspection.
