Not sure but since those are wide bodies I would tend to think not. Why not just purchase the side skirts that are made to fit the Stingray? I love mine!
I actually think they are the same parts... Now I need to go look at pictures. Remember the doors and the rocker part under the door is identical on both cars. The differences are the flaring on the front fender and the rear part of the rocker where the brake duct is.

I would agree with just purchasing side skirts that are definitely made for the narrow body cars. I bought some for my 2014 from RPI Designs and they look great and fit just right.
The Grand Sport and Z06 splitter and side skirts will fit on a Stingray. I bought my GM splitter and side skirts on eBay from a Chevy dealer.. I suspect the intended recipient decided to install aftermarket and left these with the dealership. The box label said Z06 and had a vin number and everything fit perfectly on my Stingray.
Has anyone with side skirts accidentally stepped on it while exiting the car?
It's pretty hard to do. But I've clipped the edge (usually where the it flairs out the largest by the "wave"), no issues to the skirts, my legs though, they sometimes don't feel so good.
About half of the skirt is under the door sill, remember the rocker tucks in rather rapidly below the sill.
I ordered a set of wide body side skirts for my Stingray and didn't like the look when trying them. Returned them and bought these lower profile skirts. I think they look much cleaner on the Stingray body. ABS plastic and had a local body shop paint
them black.
