Do you really mean the window sticker. The build sheet is really for the workers on the line and it is hard to understand while the window sticker tells you how the car is equipped plus all the options that were ordered along with the prices among other things.

These are the ACTUAL build sheets that follow the car down the line as it is being built. There is ZERO way to get them if they are not in your car when you take delivery new. You have to hope the dealer saves them along with the window sticker and does not throw them out.
When I ordered my 2017 Stingray and picked it up, all of that paperwork was together. Before anything happened to it, I went to Office Max and had the build sheets AND the window sticker laminated. I kept it in a storage drawer in my den during the entire time I had the car.
I sold the car 5 1/2 years later and left it all on the front seat, along with my service records, receipts, etc. A local dealership bought it from me. I sold the car within four hours of posting it for sale online. The only reason I sold it is because we were preparing to move to Germany for a couple of years. I was just astounded that I had two different dealers make me a very fair cash offer.
If I ever buy a C9 someday (which is not likely), I will do the same thing with keeping all of that stuff in good shape. It can end up being the icing on the cake for an interested buyer.

@JK 23112 What did you buy after you moved back to the US?
We brought back our 2021 Mazda CX-30 back to the USA with us (we took it over there with us). We owned a 2017 Honda CRV that my wife's mother was driving - and we took it back from her when she quit driving (she's 85 now and has mobility issues). I also bought a used 2004 F-150 as a "weekend vehicle" for hauling, moving people, etc. No Corvettes on the horizon for us.
Too much money tied up in our new house right now. LOL! Plus we gave the CRV to my son & daughter-in-law after my wife bought a new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Now we have the Mazda, the Camry and our old F-150. No new cars for a while now.
Not necessarily.
Some 2019s are -- and some aren't.
Unfortunately for me, mine is one that doesn't show up.
I did not know that as I don't recall anybody with a 2019 having trouble. Are you sure it's not your computer? I have ran some vins that other members said didn't work for them, but when I ran it it worked.

Yup.
My VIN is 1G1YZ2D72K5118061 -- give it a try.
I punched in a bunch of 2019 VINs -- some work, some don't.
This VIN is of a Drivers Series car almost identical to my car -- 1G1YX2D71K5122995 -- and it works.

It worked for my first 2019 Z (RIP), but not the replacement I bought. I've tried multiple browsers periodically for nearly a year to no avail.

Yup your vin does not work on my computer either, the other vin works. My 2019 GS built in July of 2019 works also. It was actually yesterday 7/16
