Default PDR date stamps wrong

2017 GS. The PDR recorded sessions are all in March and April of 2014. When I delete all these, it still records on those dates. Took the SD card out and put it back in. No change. Can’t find settings to change this.

Check the car's date and time in SETTINGS.

I see 3 different time stamps associated with a PDR recording file. Does the time at the top of the Cosworth Toolbox PDR screen match Windows explorer?

For example, PDR: Sunday August 6, 2023 8:22 AM - Cosworth Toolbox
Windows Explorer: 230806_082211_00005_.mp4 8/5/2023 3:37 AM MP4 Video 386,800 KB 00:09:15

Note that the file names match but the Windows Explorer date and time stamp don't match. The PDR & file name seem to show the start of recording (8/6/23 at 08:22:11). The 0005 appears to be a sequence number for recordings on that SD card.
I'm not sure where the Windows file time and date came from - Universal time would be 5 hr later on the same date. The files were not copied to my laptop until at least 8/7.

The Windows date / time sometimes seems to match when the file was closed - either by pressing STOP RECORDING or when RAP power shuts off. I never paid much attention before to the file date. The file name appears accurate.

I don't have any explanation. Just rely on the file names I guess.

I have seen a similar mismatch when copying from a camera SD card to my computer...
