Anyone else' windshield doing this?
Noticed this today on my 2016, looks like it's delaminating...

My 2016 doing the same, however, not as bad.

Strange. Is that inside the glass layers or the film on the inside of the windshield? I don't really know how windshields are put together.

IIRC, others have had that problem with their cars. Sucks and good luck getting it fixed.
Here is one example

I think it might have been caused by the electric convertible top always slamming down hard when I put it up.
Oh well, I guess I'll get a new windshield if it gets worse.

I showed my wife the problem and she handed me a black Sharpie.

I got my '16 in 2021 with 3K miles and it was darn near perfect. A couple of years ago I found something similar but a bit more pronounced on the upper passenger side corner. Unfortunately deleted the pic. When I had PPF applied the installer suggested a matte strip of vinyl running across the top which looks nice and covers the issue. Were I to trade or sell the car I'd inform the buyer it's there. If it works it's way below the vinyl I'll have to address it properly.

I've learned to "catch" mine on it's way down and slow it down a lot.

Me too! The first time I closed it I was startled by how hard it hits.
