Anybody know off hand the size nut that is used on the grounding studs? Specifically the grounding stud just below the alternator and the AC line. I'm guessing/assuming it's Metric? I'm going to install a front camera and that appears to be the best possible grounding spot. I'd like to just put a nut on top of the nut that's there, there's plenty of threads to tighten down a wire lug to the existing stud. Or any other/better ideas for running a ground wire?
Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions.

The size is 8mm, but I am not sure of the thread pitch, I tried to run my 8mm-1.25 tap through the nut and it would not start, so I suspect it is a 1.0 thread pitch, nuts are cheap get one of each.
When I did that same trick on my 2019 1LT, I just backed the nut off enough so I could slide a split terminal lug under it, that way I did not have to remove the nut or install a second nut on top. If you have ring terminal, just nip a little portion out of it to make it look like a "C", so you can slide it past the stud under the nut.
