Broken horn wire?

You must have pulled the wire off one of the small clips. Find the clip and crimp it back together.
I see it now, It looks like the green/white wire went into the connector where the black wire is. If you can't reconnect the wire into the black plug, you might have get a new plug and splice the black and green wire.
