Nice car

Before you take delivery ask the dealer to remove that (ugly) high-mount front license plate bracket. It’ll wear the paint of the car if you leave it there for long and you might find it already has some paint wear hidden under it.

If you need to run a front plate GM makes a better (less ugly) bracket that sits a little lower and fits into the grille area. Ask the dealer to install one, and to touch-up the paint if its damaged

Sounds like a bit too good to be true.

I would of expected ~ $40,000 - 45,000.

Just last week, CarMax offered me $44,000 for my 17, A8, 1LT, Mag ride, Z51 Appearance Pkg, Chrome wheels,6,400 miles.

I would have the car looked over big time.

Best of luck anyway.

Great price and optioned perfectly with 2LT ( no leather dash) . That car is a steal. LOVE the colors. Cheap quick fix for those wheels scapes, is one of those Jumbo black Sharpie’s. Work fantastic and stays on. I was offered 33K for my 2014 by Carvana. 38K miles, 3LT otherwise same. I had all my fluids changed and just had the dealer put in a new battery. Get an extended warranty if you are worried. I bought an Endurance for mine.
