It’s the circled red part
It’s the circled red part
It runs underneath the door it’s a piece of plastic with 6 bolts holding it. It has come loose a littleI heard it scrap a few times I was going to duct tape it the bolts are all there.

That looks like part of the Driver's Side Wheelhouse Liner.

Thanks is that something a mechanic or a body shop would fix it hangs low and scrapes I couldn’t find any loose bolts and no idea why it’s separating.

It’s also held in wheel well liner by heat press points if those have separated the weight might make it hang. But you could press into place and install short screws and that might fix?
