Help Identifying part replacement

I was going to install new ACS front splitter and passenger side mounting is missing/broken. Any one know what part for replacement.

Do i have to order passenger side front wheel house liner with nuts and bolts?

Can't really sees your photo because of darkness but the liners come as one piece, replaced all four of mine a couple of months ago.
