Power steering filter
Has anyone installed an in-line filter in the return line to their power steering pump? I saw a nice billet unit at a trade show, and it seemed to make a lot of sense.

C7 has ELECTRIC power steering. No pump. No fluid.

I thought the electric motor powered a pump to provide the hydraulic pressure. Am I mistaken?

I guess I never looked but I did not know the C7 has electric steering and no fluid. Just another reason I am a member of this forum. Thanks to all for posting.

My 2013 Corvette had hydraulic power steering. With hydraulic steering, I could feel the road better. I sensed better feedback.
Yes I’m old school. I used to drive carbureted V8 powered pony cars 90 mph on curvy mountain roads. Yes it was stupid, but I was a teenager.
