They are both nice, but I give the slight edge to the top ones.

OK, the clear majority is voting with the top choice OEM replica and I agree. Now, riddle me this Batmen/women...I really like the machined face OEM, but I'm torn over whether or not it will look out of place.

Black wheels look so good on a white car.

Thoughts?

I made a mockup image of the machined face wheel...hmmmm. I'm tempted to go with this.

machine high polish the entire wheel then have it clear coated. best of all worlds. precision_forged will make you any design you can think up for under 3k 1 piece forged wheels
you will never see the sun reflecting off the black wheels like this!

I appreciate all the feedback. OEM machined face replica it is. It'll take a few weeks I suppose, will post up after.

Thank you all!

I still have the original machine faced GS wheels on my CMGM 2019 2LT Heritage Package convertible. Love those wheels. I bent three of them back in August of 2019. Had them straightened and no issues since (I avoid crappy roads whenever possible). When I do go aftermarket it will be with a forged replica of GS wheels and they will be machine faced.

Cool. I had the 69 Vette roadster for about 10 years. Loved it but stepped up for better handling and some more creature comforts. 30 years ago, I did a body off restomod on a 69 Camaro SS 350 4 speed for my wife. The body was in rough shape. I replaced a bunch of body panels, installed a GM crate 350/350 and a Tremec 5 speed. Added Vintage Air, 4 wheel disc brakes, subframe connectors and Slide-a-links. I had the final body prep and paint done by a friend of mine that owns a high quality shop. When he finished the paint I helped assemble the body panels and installed a new interior. We still have the car.
