Actually that is the best deal you're going to find unless you're willing to pay $300 to $500 for a complete set up (4screws)I just went thru this myself.
I they seems to be a couple of shades in color/tint, I went with the lighter wicker as it will block some of your rear view and the lighter color does minimize this, it comes the oblong rubber washers that goes between the wicker and spoiler, the missing HARDWARE is 4 torx screws just a little longer than the ones you have to remove in order to mount the wicker, the screws are sold by a vendor/sponsor for (get this) $20 each discounted from $29, I did not consider this an option.
A great guy and a forum member (chucky7) used to live in Clifton park now in Florida said that Ace hardware store sold them, let me save you some time here, you won't find them locally, but I can tell you that you probably won't need them, at Ace I found a very flat and wide head philips and washers that I painted black gloss (krylon) and is quite acceptable, however chucky7 stepped up to the plate and went to his local hardware store in FL bought a set hex head screws and washers that are nicer than the philips I had purchased and mailed them to me, all this and the man refused any kind payment wishing me a merry Christmas, they don't make them like that anymore!

the bolts you found on ebay don't look right ! I bought my wicker bill off ebay the drak tint one it comes with the 4 rubber oval gaskets but the bolts I bought from GM and YES I paid 27 dollars each up here in Canada but made the job stress free no shopping around and perfect match to existing bolts just me 2 cents worth for each bolt LOL
the girl at the check out counter at GM dealer was shaking her head when I paid for the bolts LOL with tax 130.00 for 4 bolts that are worth 2 cents each !! oh !! and the carbon paint ! that's worth the other 26.98 !!!
I just removed the OEM stage 3 spoiler ends and wicker bill from my 2016 Z07. I have all the original hardware and rubber grommets for the ends and the bill. Is this anything someone would be interested in? I'm not sure what everything would be worth.
