Almost done with it will be for sure by this next weekend. Having to do honey do list tonight & yard work tomorrow night. Then going to BG KY out on Friday before lunch to LS FEST.

With the blower putting it on with the dam problems with a tuner, then doing this car to look like a z06. I have not been able to drive the car but a hand full of times this full year.

But I due have all panel off the car new z06 door panels put in almost all part to make it look like a z06 onto the body r frame Just have to do all the small crap now. Love the look of the full C.F. higher hood on the car. I will put up some pic's for sure. Robert

Awesome and looking forward to seeing the finished product! I want to do the conversion but the aperture tear off terrifies me and feel I will get in over my head. Hopefully the price comes down to have a shop install for me.

Thanks I will post some nice shots - hope to get a friend at work to do some professional shots of it - I agree the rocker would be the tricky part - not a big deal if you have body work experience if not dont even think about it

Good luck with your conversion at some point

Its been a lot of work and homework on my part but it will be worth it

I have all the parts listed out - GM numbers and links to them

Found the lowest cost gm site to buy them - let me know if you need them

It really is not that bad now that we have done it on the door panels. But I did have a friend that does body work do one side then also just got the other side going on this job. It is almost all back together now.

Would be cool if you can post before/during/after pics of your project when you're done in the "C7 General Discussion" section

Good luck man only bad part was the door panels on this job. Cutting out the old one's & getting the new set in I was thinking all the time doing this was I getting them in the correct spot. Had body shop paint all the new stuff & do all the prep work. My parts where new GM fenders & was in bad cond needed a ton of work on them to make them look good. Body shop chged me 1800.00 for that.
