So the end result of the stage 2 spoiler would look the same as if I installed the stage 2 Z06 winglets onto my Z51 spoiler? But without the drilling and rivnuts.

That's compelling. I'm all about DIY, but by the time I buy the tools the price would come out almost the same. I'm not quite ready to buy, but this just moved to the top of my list for a stage 2 spoiler.
