Reminds me of those dimples we'd get on the bottom of our legs from the plastic seat covers when I was a kid......

I think someone already patented that.

I have this really nice indoor car cover that I hate to use if the Vette is staying outside so I purchased a nice outdoor car cover to put over the indoor cover. That cover was so nice I hated to see it get full of bird crap and dust so I purchased another lightweight outdoor car cover cover. I'm happy now that my triple covered car is going to be clean when I pull the three covers off and my two nice covers will be clean and look like new with no UV damage.

I think these would work best in an Autonamous vehicle.... with no passengers at all. Especially if there are 3 or 4 car and seat covers installed.

Beside being to expensive, I think they are a great idea.
Keep them in the car in case you get caught unexpected in the rain and don't want to get your carpet mats wet or muddy. Or, if your carrying something that might mark up the carpet.
