Funny you say this , Soo one random Monday nite some 5-6 years was head hm from gym @ 1030pm enjoy'n life and came thru an underpass so of course i dropped a few gears and made some noise which alerted an unmarked state trooper to my presence he followed me and then eventually tailgated me for over a mile.. i got so frustrated by this tailgating that at the 3rd red light i put car (620rwhp M5) in sport + mode and as soon as light turned green i spun 1-3rd sideways and took the **** off hitting some crazzy speeds as i ran through i wanna say at least 6 gears (empty road , very strait , in mexico of course) even passed my own turn where i live as i was just in the moment way way way up ahead was a red light so i started slowing w easee and was rolling twds the light and i look in the rear view and i see this crazzy suv coming barreling at me i move to rt lane as i was sure he wasn't gonna be able to stop a Tahoe at those speeds and as he gets near me (no lights , no sirens) he swerves in front me drives me up a curb.. i get out ready to fight as i run around his side of car i notice the fatigues and the huuuge gun pointed at my face lol i ran back to my car and sat back down REAL QUICK..He pulled me out beat me up a lil put his boot on my face in rt lane of this road and handcuffed me , pulled my up by the cuffs and pulled out a shoulder (still have pain rt now tis am when i woke ) I Mean he was angry at me , He was an ******* was a very ruff next 2 hrs but heres the quick end >> i got wreckless drive , actually wrote me for 146mph cause his speedo shut off at that speed , kept ask me while in cuffs in front seat how fast i was really go like 19 x's i said i was scared for my safety and was putting distance between him and i <<< This statement was actually written on the 146mph ticket so had i said yea guy i saw 164 on my Hud he would've wrote that , in addition to construction zone 9 miles back prior to tailgate and about 9 other tixx , got locked up spent nite in state trooper barracks , car got impounded and had decent damage from smashing up curb.. So here's the kicker as most state troopers do he had a fixed k band (always on radar gun) mounted on his dash and all the while i was in front seat in handcuffs so tight i was like **** had i a cheep *** radar detector i would've picked him up way before i even dropped a gear in that under pass !! fml rt !!

Now as for those couple tixx i could've paid for that you speak of and the 3k that i spent on this stuff for sale pshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh , my car the next morn at impound w tow fee was $550 to release , then $125. to tow to dealer , then almost 3k to fix damage (wheel , tire , control arm , strut and mount for strut)
then here's where its gets Nutty my attorney took a 6k retainer , and said if ya wanna keep your lisc. we are not even near done i had to take an aggressive drive class 4 sat's in a row 8 hrs ea , i had to go a Madd thing and sit through 3 hrs of terr terr storys from mothers who lost children sad ): , my CC paid for at least 3 Steak dinnz @ minimum of $500 a piece for atty and asst da's and da's then twds end my lawyer took another 4k all in all i was in to this **** for some 15k'ish not to mention 1.5 years of Massive stress over losing my Lisc every time we appeared in court as i rec'v 33 points that night alone (in Nys 11 points is auto revocation for 12 mo's and then you have to start over w permit process) not to mention i already had 6 pts from prior speeds ugh was a stupid move , wrong place wrong time bla bla bla but i learned Radar/Laser Nvr leave hm w out one or both , NVR let em get your actual speed !

My Lawyer is a damn super star , nvr once through the 1.5 yrs did i lose the lisc or ability to drive , all tixx where dismissed except the speed which was dropped to 75-55 which carry's 6 point's but the da's dropped it to 4 pts so i'd be under the 11 point revocation law..

So there ya have it , the Bt version K40 i wanna/will install in new suv runs close to $27-$2800 installed , Well worth it for me
