Hey everyone

Does anyone know yet if c6 wheels will fit the new car? Are the offsets the same? And how wide can we go (esp on the front).

I feel like the gran sport 5 spokes would look good, also theres a particular z06 style I like as well.

Also, anyone know the weight of the new rims? If there is a chance to save 5-10 pounds per corner, there could be some real gains in comfort and wheel hp.

Thanks-

I cant tell ya what does, but i know for sure what does not.
the Base 2005-2007 5 spokes do not.(you need a 1/4" spacer)
The grand sport knock offs in the base c6 off sets do not. (you need a 1/4" spacer)

C6 base wheels, even though the offsets and widths are correct, will not fit, they hit the brake calipers.

C6 GS/Z06 wheels will fit and clear the brakes but the offsets are wrong and they will stick out beyond the body.

Currently, you would need to find wheels that are the same size and specs as C6 base wheels but are designed to clear C6 GS/Z06 brakes.

There have been several discussions about this in the C7 General Forum the last few months and very recently.

Thanks for the link, I didn't see any comments regarding weight, either from the vendors or uses. Any ideas?
