Jim, Our header system sits above the floor boards. You'd have to destroy the entire undercarraige before you even scratched the headers.

You guys make great stuff! I have used your LTs on several vehicles with superb results. I will be installing your LTs on my C7(when I get it). Keep up the good work gents!

Why are the Kooks graphs so bumpy and the others so smooth? Was there no smoothing applied?

If you look at Vengance's test the kooks graph is not as smooth as ARH or Phadt as well. It must be the header. It does not benefit either vendor to skew any results. As they are probably dealers for all the brands and make money on all sales.

A 50 ft-lb difference at 2500RPM is absolutely incredible. Huge seat of the pants difference.

Was this tuned?

Dyno tests have repeatedly shown the 1-7/8" outperform the 1-3/4" everywhere on the LS3. They also give room to grow for heads/cam or blower too so a no brainer for those doing more

Carry on...

What was the baseline dyno for the car before the headers. I was trying to compare with vengeance's baseline but different dyno's etc comes into play. Seems getting the tune right on these lt1 engines is worth more than the previous ls engines. Is the afr harder to get right?
