My pleasure, though sadly, I didn't really answer his question. Even GM keeps some things off of the service schematics. It shows me the connector and pins, but no specific pinout function. The only thing you could do would be to test resistance/continuity to each of the pins when the buckle is inserted, removed, etc.

Hopefully those simulators work for what the OP wanted to do.
