Default Locate ECM

So I'm still having problems with my car. Code P0697 open C circuit I'm sure the ECM is toast and will have to go back to the dealer. Does any one know we're its located? This was caused by extending the O2 sensors and would love to test the wires but don't know we're the pins are located.
Thanks.

Still having issues? Thought you had it ironed out last night.

Thanks so did I. Code 0697 came back looks like a short in the O2 wire harness or the ECU/ECM not sure if there is a fuse or relay. Love to have a wiring diagram.

If you still have the spliced O2 sensors in there, get them out.

That's where your problem lies. If they're already out, more troubleshooting is needed.

with toaster ECM the car wouldn't work at all.
if you dod something to O2 sensors' wires - this is indeed the place to look.
i've seen few times on the cars with aftermarket headers O2 connectors got melted probably due touching hot exhaust pipes...
this is one more reason why i like to do everything possible to keep heatshields...

You can just use kevlar wrap on extensions if you're worried. Same with plug wires.

No need for heatshields, and they're tiny on this car as it is from the factory.

Theta, are you saying the ECM is attached to the ABS ?????

I thought the ECM was under the rear of the left front fender.
