Difference in C7 and C6 seat bottoms?
This may have been asked already, I know a lot of C6 guys have asked about putting the C7 sport seats in a C6. I think it's been stated that the electronics and tracks are different and will not work. But in pictures, the seat bottoms look nearly identical. Has anybody looked into bolting the C7 back to a C6 seat bottom? It may be too wide or the attachment points may not work, but I just wondered if anyone else had thought to look at this. If by some miracle they would bolt together, it may allow the seat position/ airbag/ etc sensors to still work while having a good looking seat that will allow harnesses to be used. If this is a stupid idea or has already been covered, feel free to delete this!
