Default HP tuning help needed

I just received an updated tune by the people who installed headers and dynoed my c7. Problem is that I do not know how to install the updated tune to my car. I opened the VCM editor and looked for the file I want to install. It opens the file and then what?

Under flash do I:
1. Write calibration only or

2. Write entire?

I really don't want to mess things up here...

Thanks in advance for your input.

I am so new to Chevy's does somebody sell a canned tune with ARH headers? I would not want to push the boundaries mine will be used for road courses.
