A/C Compressor Noise
My A/C Compressor works fine, but it is noisy. More noticeable at idle and slow start accelerations.
It sounds like the old Ford power steering pumps of the 1980's. Turn off the A/C and noise is gone.
Luxury cars have small mufflers installed on the high pressure line out of the compressor to eliminate this. Wonder why Chevy didn't install one for this car.
My 2013 Camaro SS I traded in for my C7 had zero compressor noise.
Anyone else out there notice this?
