Default C7 Corvette Permanent (?) Jacking Pads for Track

There are several styles of jacking pucks available for the C7. It seems to me the preferred way to go
is to have something permanently installed under the car.

What are you guys using to jack up the car when going to the track?

What's involved in the installation? Welded or bolted? Some have a "lock in place" style, but not sure
they won't fly off in hard corners at the track.

Are these compatible with the aftermarket side rockers?

Thanks.

Get the plastic round 2 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch thick.
Forum venders sell them. Perfectly clip in place and stay on!

Had them for years on my C-6's. Only those were rectangles.
They can save your car. Not complete with out them!

Default Crushed

I bought from -/:;())) and crushed one the first time I used it. These are the plastic ones that stay on the car. They won't refund it or sell me just 1

Ditto. I lift my car a LOT and they've been perfect. I had a set of Hockey puck ones that I used with my C6, but these are so much more convenient being in place all the time. They just clip into place. No worries.

Would these jacking pucks work with side skirts,
or would there be a conflict?

Make and model of ones that last for the C7? I have aluminum ones for my GT-R, but they don't stay in permanently.

OK I guess the idiot pills I took are working because, the only holes I find on my C7 don't to have a solid backing in and around that hole. Does anyone have pictures of the holes or location of the holes on a C7?
thanks gents,
Joe

OK, I just ordered some of those plastic jacking pucks.
Looking forward to getting them on.

By the way, does anyone know how much a new C7 weighs?

I ordered mine from RPI. Snapped right in. It's been up on a 4-post lift a couple times, and I lift the whole side of my car with a floor jack from the front puck to swap out my wheels. All solid. Not sure who makes these for RPI, or if there are different manufacturers, but mine seem very solid.

Mine shattered...see pic below. I almost freaked out when the jack then slipped and almost came down. Luckily the jack caught the edge of the rocker panel and stopped it from tearing up the rocker panel and then the door. Also lucky I had a second jack to jack it up.
