Default C7 Seats for Tall Men

Anybody think that the C7 Seats are too small?
I've tried to buy a new Corvette but my head hits the top/roll bar area.
Someone in our club (Mt Hood Corvettes) thought they saw some discussion on lowering the seat even more than the factory setting.
Any help would be appreciated. For now, I guess I'll buy a C6.

Not quite sure how you can lower the seat when it's already sitting on the rails. Maybe, an after-market seat with a slimmer bottom would allow more headroom?

Or you could buy a Vert and only drive in weather allowing the top to be down.

I don't know about lowering more than the factory setting but......
