To go on the front of a C7, the 285/35-19 tires would need a 19 x 10.5 56mm wheel or a 19 x 11 56mm wheel. What is going to be run on the rear ?

Custom built wheels are available on the Forgeline website.

Here's an easier setup:

265/35-19 tire on a 19 x 9.5 52mm wheel
305/30-20 tire on a 20 x 11 74mm wheel
Oz Superleggera wheels are available (59mm offset with a 5mm spacer = 54mm) and Cray 2014 wheels are available

Here's a setup for more tire selection:

265/35-18 tire on a 18 x 9.5 52mm wheel
305/30-19 tire on a 19 x 11 74mm wheel
Oz Superleggera wheels are available (59mm offset with a 5mm spacer = 54mm) and Cray 2014 wheels are available

The first tire pair is about 1/2" more diameter than stock.
The second tire pair is about 1/2" less diameter than stock.

Setups beyond these two go into the difficult category but there are two of those
.

I was hoping to use my 285/19 off my base C7 & buy two 285/30R20 for the rear ? And put them on a set of Cray Brickyards.

That's 285/35-19 front tires and 285/30-20 rear tires. Well, a custom built wheel is needed for the front tires while the rear tires are not really a step up.

So here's a setup:

Oz Superleggera III

Front, 18 x 11, 53mm, listed as a rear wheel under the C5, 295/30-18 AD08 R (25" tire diameter)
Rear, 19 x 11, 75mm, listed under the C6, 295/30-19 AD08 R (26" tire diameter) or 305/30-19 AD08 R (26.2" +/- tire diameter)

Those wheels are about $900 each and so about twice as much as the Cray
.

Actually, I did find it.

Oz Superleggera III

Front, 19 x 10.5 59mm wheel, listed as a rear wheel under the C5 (the listing that I'm looking has this in black but not silver)
Front, 19 x 11 53mm, listed as a rear wheel under the C5 Z06
Rear, 20 x 11 75mm wheel, listed under the C6
Rear, 20 x 10.5 76mm wheel, listed under the C7

Those front wheels wider than 9.5" fall into the difficult category. A 5mm spacer might be needed or lowering to tuck the tops of the tires might be needed
.
