Nothing that's direct-fit, but you could contact a place like Seatbelt Planet and see if they could either take your existing hardware and re-make you one in your desired color, o perhaps make you something custom for the car.
You could also go the harness route and use a Schroth in whichever color you'd like. Little more invasive, though.
I have always had either red or yellow belts in my Porsches. Anyone know of a supplier for colored C7 seat belts?
I'm curious why people do this? I know it's a personal preference, but in most cases these look awful IMO.
The belts in my car are black, just like the interior.

Damn it Snorman... I know you walked outside just now to take this, too.
Love your collection.
Nah...I had that in my Imageshack from another forum.
I just think the red or yellow belts look...cheesy. I've seen some pretty awful 911 interior combos. The deviated stitching can be pretty cool, but big swaths of contrasting colors looks hokey. IMO, of course.

Just a question of taste. I likewise love black interiors but some colored key accents break up the monotony. My black turbo cab had yellow calipers and yellow belts etc. One man's "cheese" is another man's steak lol

Very true but if my steak was yellow, I think I'd throw it away!
Apologies for bumping this thread up from the dead... but has anyone found a solution to the OP's yellow-belt question without getting a full-on-harness? For a yellow car with black interior (and yellow stitching of course).

Steven Bell was working with Caravaggio to get him some red belts. Might be worth a PM if you're curious.
