Default 2nd time to track.

So I ran a 12.55 & 12.61 at 121 & 120 respectively. Stock tires, stock converter and the DA was 6226 last night. Found out I lost .6 on average because I left on wrong light. That I can fix now that I know. My 60 ft were 2.34 & 2.35 I think a lot to do with having to rollout and my driving skills. Full second faster and 16 mph higher trap than last visit. 60ft last time was 2.06.

Tires coming soon and some more seat time. I am working to get her in the 10's here at a 6000+DA.
DA correction is only .42 since I have a supercharger.

The timers dont start until your front tires roll through the beams so you can leave on the firat yellow or sit there for a few seconds after the green - same ET. Deep and shallow staging make a small difference, but not .6 unless you staged with your back tires. Now reaction time is a different story but that doesnt affect your ET.

121mph is pretty good at that altitude, Are you spinning the tires or are you letting the traction control deal with it? 60 foots are way off..

I was running with TC off. My reaction was 1.23 the other guys .64. Staged but ran over a little and had to back up. Not sure what happened but on the video the other guy had a car and a half before I moved
I should not have ran with stock tires with my set up as I spin until about halfway point and on one video it looked like I was doing a burnout coming off the line

Stock tires on usual test and tune nights are rough.

Reaction time has nothing to do with your ET, like I said the ET clocks wont start until your car moves. But the reaction timer starts when the green light turn on and stops when when you move.

The other guy left the starting line half a second or so before you did, thats why he was way ahead of you off the line. But that will not affect your ET one bit.

I would invest in a set of drag radios/cheap wheels for the track. If they have any big events there with great prep you may be able to get away with the stock tires but at local tracks on T&T nights my stock car just blows the tires away off the line.

You can try doing the launch control thing, that may help some..
