Negative - they're shown as "LATE AVAILABILITY MY2015 ATL".
Going to be hard to get these, I think. Once they have the cars our and some spare parts around, you may be able to grab the parts without a VIN check. Iffy, though, as the Z06 stuff will be.

I also checked the Accessories catalog for you, and they're listed as MY15 ACC but not part numbered.
So, he may be correct if they're planning on selling them through the Accessories catalog. Only bad part there is that some of the stuff they were supposed to already be selling (specific mats, stripes, etc) never came out.
