If it is a simply ground issue (it's a very attractive theory), I suspect they will have it fixed quickly and you can put this behind you. Keep your paperwork. Ask them if any damage was done to the second engine as a result of whatever this problem was. Make notes of who you speak too and what they tell you. If you get it back this time and you're still not 100% satisfied, begin the LL process with the forms you have.
When you pick it up this time, take a through test drive near the dealer to make sure it seems fine before you start back for the City.
I'm optimistic your problem will be solved and wish you nothing but good luck!
I'd call Kerbeck and GM and tell them this "I paid for this car, and you will pay to fix it. You can come get it at your own expense and you will bring it to me at your own expense, since I paid you 60 grand for a working car. And I'm starting the LL process today and the certified letter is in the mail to you."
And I wouldnt spend one more damn dime on the car.
Guys, another update. I had the pickup cancelled as I was able to take a second from work. I am going to go home tonight and evaluate the situation (and reread the LL forms). I will first sit in the car an call onstar to see if they can tell me what those CEL codes.
Again, Thank you all. I feel like I am at least in control of this ****** situation now
call GM customer service and threaten lemon law. if they don't bend over backwards to make you happy then call a lemon law attorney. these cases are easy to win on a stock brand new car that has had this many serious issues. i bought a new viper last year and it was at the dealer for the 3rd time and out of service a total of 62 days and i didn't even need a lawyer Chrysler just bought it back.

62 days?! Holy hell, that had to be an easy one for you to prove/win. You're a trooper for sticking it out that long.
I believe most lemon laws at least here in Florida require a vehicle to have a problem in for service for the third time for the same issue.
I hope everything works out for you. I would check the spark plug wires to see if they are all seated.
If the vehicle is in and out of the authorized repair shop for repair of one or more different problems for 15 or more cumulative days, the consumer must give written notification of this fact to the manufacturer (not the dealer), by certified, registered or express mail. Check the warranty book or owner’s manual or other written manufacturer supplement for the address given by the manufacturer. A Motor Vehicle Defect Notification form may used for this purpose. Click here for the Instructions and Motor Vehicle Defect Notification form. After the manufacturer’s receipt of the notification, the manufacturer or its authorized service agent must have at least one opportunity to inspect or repair the vehicle. The consumer may be eligible for a purchase price refund or a replacement vehicle if the vehicle is out of service for repair of one or more nonconformities for a cumulative total of 30 or more days.
In times like this it pays to keep your cool. Getting mad and sounding off will not improve a thing. You are experiencing the rewards of purchasing from a dealer located some distance from where you reside. Local dealers have no incentive to go the extra mile, and they didn't. The dealer where you purchased has been doing their best to resolve the issue. Discuss your options with them, do not threaten legal action, that is last resort. Good luck.
Since you posted publicly, I'll assume you don't mind me answering in public.
P0304 is a misfire in cylinder bank #4. Possible causes would include a loose spark plug wire, bad coil pack, bad injector, bad valve, or an error in the ECM, to name a few.

Just read your post title, Engine Replaced and still issues. Yes you have some issues but it isn't like the damaged another bearing. It sure looks like there is a loose wire some place and the shop can probably get you back on the road pretty quickly.
This isn't the time to be angry, pushy or threatening. GM's rule for transporting a car to a dealership is to transport it to the closest dealership to where the car is located. However, GM isn't the issue. It looks like Kerbeck was working with you Vs against you so you shouldn't **** them off or you will screw yourself. People who have attempted to do a good job for you don't like to be yelled at or threatened. GM will cover the required repairs and fix your car. Talk to Kerbeck and see what steps they recommend you take next.
You seem to be very upset that this happened to a new car but you are forgetting the reason all new cars come with a warranty is that they are more likely to fail when new. It doesn't matter what make they are they are all the same.
Guys: had a very busy weekend. Just wanted to update everyone.
I have been with contact with GM over the weekend to find me a local dealership that will be able to work on the car as GM will NOT transport my car to Kerbeck on their cost.
I was able to hook up an OBDII reader (which I plan to tell the tech so that he has a heads up), and this is what I found.
P0340-CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR A CIRCUIT BANK 1 OR SINGLE SENSOR
P228D - COULDN'T READ CODE (NOT FOUND IN DATABASE)
P0011- CAMSHAFT POSITION- TIMING OVER-ADVANCED. SYSTEM PERFORMANCE BANK 1
Dude do you seriously not have a lawyer involved? All these records will be public and if you decide to sell the car private party, I don't care what anyone says it will be an issue. This is a lemon and I would be all over lemon lawing this Vette.
