Default Meth Options and Recommendations

With my A&A Supercharger installation almost wrapped up looking to take the next step (Meth). What are the available and recommended kit options? How difficult are these to install and maintain?

Thanks -
Scott

Scott I would highly suggest you consider Alky Control. We have used several different companies over the years and Alky Control has the best (most reliable) product backed with the best customer service.

We offer a complete kit with IAT break out upgrade for a straight forward installation on your C7. Feel free to give us a call to discuss your specific goals.

What is the function of the IAT breakout?

The IAT break out removes the IAT sensor from the MAF and allows you to relocate it to a more convenient location. The kit includes an actual IAT sensor/pigtail and bung to be welded into the charge pipe.

It allows the ECU to detect the lower intake temperature the evaporating meth makes and possibly take advantage of that in the tuning tables.

I see you also offer a dual nozzle upgrade...why would I want/need that?

We only use alky control systems here at cpr, with their stainless steel braided lines, and vehicle specific kits it makes them the superior choice. I would only suggest going dual nozzle if you plan on making 800+ on pump gas. If you have any questions on the system and how to install it please give us a call 480-359-5914

Just curious - are there any benefits to this for stock engines (with no tune planned)?

Alky Control for sure. I did a lot of homework and contacted a lot of people before I decided to order my Alky kit from ECS. (of course, that order came with a supercharger too )
