Tapping at cold start and during warm up
I used to notice a valve tapping sound when first starting the car (cold start-summer weather) it was not very appealing for a 6.2L V8 Vette engine! I did not recall that with my C6.
Since I disabled the AFM, I no longer get that, it starts strong and has no tapping at all. Reminds me of my C6 on start up.
Just thought I would share for those who find that sound annoying! BTW, I have 1600 miles on my car.
