Nav System Faceplate - Stuck Open ???

Default Nav System Faceplate - Stuck Open ???

Hey guys

Strange thing happened...
I opened the faceplate to swap cds
When I closed it, it said insert Nav DVD

I opened it again and ejected the Nav DVD, nothing came out
I ejected the CD, nothing came out

Now the faceplate won't close

I know there is a cd in the player and I know I didn't take the Nav DVD out

What's up with that???
Any help is appreciated

I wondered how long it would be before those things started screwing up. I think that a trip to the dealership is called for.
