Default CMS Cammed C7 results

We just completed our First cammed c7 project.
It's a mildish camshaft that still retains the VVT control.
Car: 2014 z51 m7

We previously installed a set of ARH mid length headers with cats, and performed our custom tune on it. This go around we installed our VVT camshaft and an AFE cold air intake. This is our first go at camming the new LT1 engine, and there will be some small changes made the cam spec for next time (pick up some more midrange tq/hp), but all in all we consider this a success. The numbers speak for themselves. The car previously put down 434 rwhp and 425 rwtq. now the power is 472 rwhp and 429 rwtq. Not mention she has a sweet lope at idle. any question dont hesitate to ask us.

Interesting results...+38hp, but only +4tq? I don't know enough about the LT1, but is that what you expected Ryne? Did the mid-length headers and your tune show a big increase in tq over stock baseline?

I don't even know what the LT1 puts down in stock form to the wheels. A good friend of mine has a 2014 C7 vert...and I'm sure he'll be asking me what mods he needs to do to it very soon.

Yeah that is one of the changes were going to change .. We are going to advance the intake centerline even further in an attempt to pick up more midrange , then retard the cam further via the vvt in the tune to not hurt the topend power

Ryne, great to see you are working the C7 now, as I am in California as well.

Do you think your C7 would smog here in California?

If you're asking if if will pass the sniffer test, I think so. That being said the sniffer test is going away. But this package is not legal for on road use and I can't advertise it as such.
