Default Max speeds in each gear

I have a 2009 Base coupe and have run it several times at Pocono raceway. My max speed was 153mph in 4th gear before my rev limiter shut me down. Coming out of turn 3 and getting into 5th at 120 mph or so does not pull enough to go faster before the need to slow down in turn 1. my question is - What are the max speeds the C7 can hit in 3rd and 4th gear? Is the rev limiter or red line higher than the LS3 engine?

Thanks. To me the new C7 does not have enough horsepower to justify me switching from my 2009 C6 and the huge price difference. I will wait for the Z06.

The interior upgrade is so worth it. Not to mention the handling and braking is better

I have mine set to 7200 RPMs in 4th to stay in that gear to cross the traps and 130mph was around 67-6800 but that's on 28" tires too

What tranny are we talking about or the rearend gears ? Is it a auto or M7. If its a M7 the Z51 has a different gear ratio in there tranny compared to the non Z51. This might help
