I don't understand that if you go to all the work to remove the stock manifolds, why not go all the way and put the LT headers on and be done with it? Seems to be a compromise to me.

I installed ARH mid-length with cats.
I decided not to go with long tubes because they will give you a check engine light if you keep the stock tune. If you change the tune to keep from getting the check engine light and you have to make a warranty claim due to engine failure, there is a good possibility it will be denied.
Yes, the LT and tune will improve power, but I wanted to keep the warranty and stock tune, so I went with the mid-length. I have HP Tuners so I could have changed the tune, but I want to keep the motor warranty as much as possible.
